TT is a telecommunications call centre in Lane Cove, Sydney with 40 staff members. We installed a blade center to virtualise the company’s IT environment along with the installation of an SQL database to support a customised CRM that we also developed for them.
The system was created as a robust solution to reduce downtime. We created a testing environment so new releases of the CRM can be trialed before being rolled out to end-user.
RWC are builders who currently have 30 staff across six sites in New South Wales. OzeIT installed a blade system to comply with RWC’s agreement with key insurers.
The blade system allows RWC the redundancy they require. OzeIT successfully implemented a full managed services solution giving RWC fixed costing so they know their exact IT expenses yearly.
MS approached OzeIT to update their IT system from another vendor. They had a requirement for a complete rollout of all internal systems including the upgrade of their IT infrastructure, telecommunications systems, video conferencing & links.
MS currently has main offices in Sydney and Melbourne using a 10/10m Layer 2 service between them. Blade infrastructure sits within the company’s Sydney office while a local domain and disaster recovery sits in the Melbourne office. The Melbourne users access files locally as the files are replicated between sites.
MS has remote and site offices all over Australia and currently have an exchange for emails and VPN for data.
